Development of an IT system serving digital remittance processes at a leading Hungarian insurer and support for live operational tasks. As part of the project, Mortoff experts also provided product owners, system administrators, developers, and testers for the system.
The task also included a survey of the IT architecture that formed the environment of the remittance system (Test, Release, and Prod environments). The main elements involved in the survey are Remittance System, Core Insurance Systems, Bank / Postal Payments, Document Management, Message Broker, MiddleLayer, Process Server, Directories, SAP, KOFAX. Together with the co-systems, we implemented the development tasks and the correction of errors in live operation. During the projects, we continuously built the knowledge base of the remittance system, based on which we were able to implement further developments more easily.
The first development tasks were carried out in the framework of traditional waterfall projects, later we switched to the agile methodology. In the case of the remittance system, the development was carried out according to the Scrum methodology.
