Management Dashboards - Finance
In the financial field, but essentially for workflow support, our development was formed in the framework of which we implemented dashboards and dashboards visualizing customer-specified KPIs with a data warehouse background. The client expected a solution to support and make the contracting process transparent, in which they can quickly get up-to-date information without separate reporting activities - due to processes shorter than 1 day, with multiple data updates within a day.
The completed dashboards can support the daily operational work of the business areas in a near real-time way, at the same time providing the managers of the given areas with a quick overview of the current values of the KPIs.
