Description

The following key targets providing key fundamentals for design and development decisions of CSPO Web:

  •  Seamless multichannel shopping experience. Consumers don’t think in channels - they are simply shopping at Cora.

  •  Personalized shopping experience. Always relevant content should be provided for every user.

  •  Device agnostic shopping experience. Consumers don’t think in devices - they are simply using all their different devices when going online.

Working according to Scrum methodology in 2-week sprints; sprint turns (including demo) are held at the customer; very close cooperation with customer’s PO. Continuous development on well separated (semi) independent areas with high level ownership.

Goal

As a part of strategic transformation program of Cora Romania, to become the leading personalized multichannel retailer in the country, a new digital asset will be introduced. The new asset is called Customer Shopping Process Oriented Web.
