Description
The aim of the project is to develop an internal application, which supports documentation of the deployment of telecommunication base stations and the design of the necessary hardware ressouces, as well as order summary. After a multi-layer data collection both on web and mobile client, synchronization them with the company's backend systems is one of them main features. In addition to the functional development of the application, an important part of the project is the develpment of additional components (unique elements are not available on the market) for the . NET framework and also the implementation of a fast and efficietn client-side framework.
Working according to Scrum methodology in 2 week sprints; sprint turns (including demo) are held at the customer, very close cooperation with customer's PO. Continous development on well separated (semi) independent areas with high level ownership.
Goal
We provided a team of IT experts for a running project under continous development. The team was immediately deployable. Independence; product ownership and delivery responsibility; appreciated quality and timing; great visibility; outstanding cooperation with customer. Uneven workload; smooth cooperation with customer.
