Design and implementation of a personalized multi-channel sales portal
Our client is a Romanian subsidiary of a multinational hypermarket network with 10 hypermarkets. In order to provide their customers with a multi-channel sales experience, a detailed survey and planning preceded implementation.
The development resulted in a customer interface that was fully integrated with loyalty, inventory, and POS systems, with data for more than 75,000 products and its up-to-date availability. Based on the data stored in the webshop in the past and stored in the loyalty system, the system constantly makes recommendations to the customer, thus ensuring the highest possible basket value.
