CLIENT
Our telecommunications software customer is based in China, but they want to provide implementation and support activities for their European, African and Middle Eastern customers from Europe. Our client had a presence in several European countries, but decided to build a testing and support centre in a Central and Eastern European country. Without local knowledge, they wanted to do this in partnership with a local service provider, so our partner looked at several cities and companies in the region and chose Mortoff.
