We have been dealing with process management for almost 10 years, and we have also developed relevant knowledge in the field of robotic process automation(RPA) in the last 2 years. The great advantage of the technology is that it increases efficiency, improves the error rate, helps to solve resource problems caused by labor shortages, thus increasing the satisfaction of internal colleagues and customers.
Our client is one of the world's leading companies in the production, processing, and trade of agricultural raw materials, the group is present in 35 countries and employs about 13,000 people worldwide. In order to replace a large number of repetitive, low-value-added jobs in the Hungarian unit's finance department, in 2019 they decided to robotize some of the processes and chose Mortoff as a comprehensive solution delivery partner.
In short, our task was to support daily invoicing by collecting and organizing data, creating invoices in their own ERP system, electronically signing the completed invoices, and sending them to individual customers. The total construction time of the robot, implemented in more than 200 steps, is approx. It was 3 months, the daily running robot automatically issues about 89% of the company’s invoices.
