By modernizing the bidding process during the project, paperless bidding and contracting was implemented. Our aim was to increase client experience and client satisfaction by realizing the signing process on tablets.
The implemented process supports the sales and bid activities of the Home Insurance, KGFB and Casco products, and makes it easier to approach the business goals. The supported products are available for enterprise and personal customers as well.
The key to the solution implemented by Mortoff – which fits into a custom workflow integrated into a CMS – lies in the option of signing the contracts on tablets by hand or with a capacitive/touch pen. Due to this feature the contract is created and automatically integrated into the bidding process without using paper-based documents.

The main goal during the first phase of the project was to replace the paper-based administration in the life insurance service line by digitizing incoming documents. In the next phase of the project - focusing on the work processes of the life insurance service line – we improved the system further in order to support the processes better. By covering the entire life insurance segment, the documentation handling, storage and all the work happens in one system – making the process faster while improving quality.

The Hungarian IT management of this international insurance company therefore has decided to overtake the operation of the market leader CRM system from the headquarters.

As a result of this project Mortoff operates the CRM system since, and manages the emerging development needs Due to this project the effectiveness of the business segments is growing continuously. It is shown by studies prepared by our Client that the effectiveness of the sales personnel using the CRM system has grown with approx. 10%. By creating 360-degree client view, monitoring the sales opportunities and tasks, supporting global and regional campaigns the system is able to support the company's sales and marketing needs in a long term.

During the testing phase of the complex machine tool controller's new versions our independent test team conducts the manual and automated tests remotely.
